Carousel Toy Library has combined learning and play activities for children in Exeter
The toy library has been a fantastic place to find specialist toys for my three year old son. It’s really helped his imaginative play and confidence
Toys can be expensive and finding space to store them tricky. The Carousel Toy Library offers a solution to both problems.
Based at West Exe Childrens Centre in the St Thomas area of Exeter, the toy library provides good toys and affordable learning opportunities for families. A big part of the toy library’s service is about families learning together, and many of the toys and games are for adults and children to enjoy together.
With their money from Awards for All, the group bought a wide range of toys, many of them suitable for the high number of special needs children who come to the library.
