One of the Big Lottery Fund conditions of your grant is to acknowledge your award publicly.

Congratulations on becoming a Big Lottery Fund grant recipient. We have put together this booklet to help you understand how to acknowledge your grant from us. The booklet also gives guidelines on how to use our beneficiary logo on a wide range of materials, equipment and at events.

By receiving and accepting the award you have made a commitment to using our logo. This may seem daunting but really it is about using the beneficiary logo where you can. Through your use of the logo we hope to encourage other organisations to apply for funding and to let the public know where and how National Lottery money is being spent in their community.

Only projects that have received a grant from us can use our logo. It doesn’t matter how much you have received or the nature of your project. We hope you will use it widely and regard it as visual recognition of your success.

This document explains the different ways you can use our logo. In addition, the recipient area of our website has advice and ideas to help you. By putting together these guidelines, we want to make them flexible enough to suit the large range of projects that will receive funding from us.
