Following the stories of our 10th Birthday competition winners in Northern Ireland - one year on

Catch up with the winning projects and find out about their extraordinary year

  • Print

As part of our 10th birthday celebration in Northern Ireland last year, we held a competition asking people to nominate a group that had changed their life through a project we funded. The response was overwhelming, with 301 people nominating 71 groups.

Ten groups won grants of £10,000 each for projects that carry on their good work and nine runners up won £2,000.

We got in touch with all the groups recently to hear about the difference their projects are making. The resulting 10th Birthday films and the stories the projects shared (linked below) celebrate the great things people have done with Big Lottery Funding in Northern Ireland since 2004.
