Reaching everyone

If you need to reach a wider range of people

At the end of each year we’ll ask you to tell us what you did to make sure that everyone who could benefit from your project knew about it and was able to use it or get involved in it. We’ll also ask you to tell us how effective you think you were in reaching everyone who could benefit from your project.

When you were planning your project you’ll have considered who could benefit from it but were less likely to use it or get involved. And from your equality data collection you’ll be able to tell if you’ve been successful in reaching these people. If your results show that you’ve not been as effective as you could be, you’ll need to take steps to tackle this. The following pages will tell you about our suggested approach:
