Inspiring Impact has online resources on what to measure to show the impact of your work, and information on how to measure it.

Evaluation Support Scotland has resources to help you understand outcomes, and how to develop these for your work.

New Philanthropy Capital provides online materials to help with evaluation, measuring your impact, managing change and more.

Budgeting and financial reporting

Just Enterprise offers courses on budgeting and finance as part of its business support programme, start-up workshops, business development workshops and leadership programmes.

Project planning

Pilotlight aims to support the growth of organisations working with disadvantaged people by connecting them with experienced business leaders.

Employer basics

Business Gateway has guides and checklists for organisations starting up.

Knowhow Non-Profit provides employer guidance on a range of topics including recruitment and management of volunteers, employment policy and practice, human resources and operations.
