Please note, due to the new indicator definitions agreed between the Managing Authority and the European Commission in January 2016, participants with part-time jobs are now not eligible for support through BBO (even if they are eligible to receive Jobseeker’s Allowance). People with zero hour contracts will also not usually be eligible. Only people who self-declare as ‘usually out of work’ (meaning they do not have even one hour’s paid work per week) will be eligible. Please refer to section four of the FAQs for further detail.
