Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) compares the costs of undertaking a project with the benefits achieved, and is a useful tool to consider during any project planning to help make sure your resources are being used to their full potential. This guide gives you more information about what CBA is and how you can use it in your projects.
The insights in this review have been drawn from evaluations of the Fund’s programmes to summarise our learning about how a grant holder can help their project to be sustainable.
This review is intended for anyone interested in applying for Big Lottery Fund funding. It is also expected to be useful for anyone interested in community engagement, and learning from the Fund’s programmes.
