The organisation will use the funding to run accessible health promotion workshops covering issues such as stroke, blood pressure, mental health, diabetes, diet, weight, smoking cessation and cancer screening, follow up sessions to ensure appropriate referral to health services and training people to use blood pressure monitors . This will enable people with disabilities to lead healthier lifestyles.
